The Influence of Organizational Culture and HR Competency on Employee Commitment and Their Impact on Organizational Performance

There are several factors that affect Organizational Performance through Employee Commitment including Culture and HR Competencies. This study aims to empirically test prove the direct influence of Competencies on Commitment. The indirectly mediation Performance. used a quantitative approach. population consists State Civil Apparatus (ASN) West Sumatra Tourism Office. is census with sample 248 people. Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method SmartPLS Application. results showed accepted hypothesis have impact employee commitment construct organizational performance whose accepted. variable in this cannot be mediator Competence variables. research expected advance science human resource management behavior for benefit both academics practitioners.
